Goods ordered will be dispatched next business day. Unless otherwise stated. If goods are not available we will contact you with approximate dispatch day. If we are unable to deliver an item ordered by you within 7 days after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option of a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery Information
- Same day dispatch on all Next Day orders placed before 2pm.
- Orders are shipped to the delivery address given upon ordering, but can be changed before dispatch by contacting 01603 403333.
- On the rare occasion that an item(s) is not in stock we will inform you of any potential delay. We will take a back-order and dispatch the order first class when the product is in stock.
- International orders are accepted, though additional costs may apply.
Returns & Refunds
- In the unlikely event that you would like to return an order, please contact us by email or call us on 01603 403333 to arrange a return. Once a returned order is received, a refund will be provided. If an order is returned without our knowledge and consent, the refunded amount may not cover postage.
- If an order does not arrive on time but is kept, we will provide a refund for the cost of postage.
- If an order is incorrect, did not arrive on time or is not as described and a return is required, we will provide a full refund including the cost of all postage.
- If an order was ordered in error and was delivered correctly and on time but is no longer needed, we will provide a refund for the product cost.
